Ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the ISO 9001, TL 9000, 5S's, LEAN and SIGMA SOS systems, monitoring and promoting their application and observance throughout the Company, in order to align all activities made with the Organizational Culture of the same.Enter the work area properly wearing the uniform and safety equipment. Actively participate in security programs such as DDS, Security Thursdays, etc., which allows guaranteeing the security objective of zero incidents (Zero and more) within the company.Deliver or receive the shift at your machine or work area, informing or asking about the most relevant events of the process during the shift to give continuity to the daily production plan.At each start-up or product setup, verify the information in the corresponding process sheet and production order to make the necessary machine adjustments and supply the correct raw materials.Continuously monitor the assigned process by taking measurements and applying the checklists, work instructions or procedures indicated to maintain production stability with safety and quality. Ask the warehouse or shift manager for the materials, tools and supplies necessary to keep the operation active. Make the reel changes required per shift for machine feeding and finished product output.Report any fault presented by the machine, auxiliary equipment or tools to the shift manager or service areas for immediate correction.Report any variation in the specifications of the product in process and identify the non-conforming material or product following the current internal quality procedure.Keep the work area clean and tidy, as well as the assigned tools or equipment in good condition.Make efficient use of the supplies provided by the company, optimizing their use and reducing waste.Maintain a cordial and respectful working relationship with colleagues from all areas that fosters a positive work environment and permanent two-way communication.Respect the assigned shift schedules, making the attendance records indicated by the company, and following the established guidelines, policies, and procedures.Who are we looking for?
