Mars Petcare is on the look out for passionate and eager to learn individuals! With so many people with a furry friend, it is crucial that we continue to supply the best products for our furry companions, keeping with happy and healthy!

As our site continues to grow, so does our need for motivated Production Operators to join our Wodonga Petcare team. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our factory keeps producing high quality products to meet our supply & demand. 
 

As a passionate thinker & problem solver, you will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes and pieces of equipment to ensure all products are being delivered on time and to standard, this is your opportunity to join a global company that values the development of all employees. 

These are rotating shift positions, offering roles on a 3-shift pattern.

What are we looking for?

Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well independently and within a team

Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but curiosity and enthusiasm are essential

Willingness to learn & develop

What will be your key responsibilities?

Safely & competently operate all equipment

Ensure all products are manufactured to Mars standards

Keep your workspace organised, promoting a safe and welcoming environment

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and reach shared goals

Plan ahead by checking schedules and communicating effectively to ensure smooth handovers

Communicate with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance repair in a productive manner
