**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with setups, changeovers, and production runs, as well as handle various tasks related to stacking, counting, and packing finished products. You will be responsible for staging orders, performing labor tasks, and following direct orders from leads and lead operators. **Responsibilities** + Assist with setups, changeovers, and production runs + Stack finished product on skids and pallets + Count finished goods + Perform heavy lifting of products + Stage orders + Provide flexibility to assist on different lines and fill in as needed + Pack products + Follow direct orders from leads and lead operators + Assist on all parts of the production line, performing various labor tasks **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment + Ability to lift 50 lbs + Capability to stand for 8+ hours a day + Willingness to learn computer systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with production, unloading, loading, general production, packaging, packing, and general labor + Familiarity with machine operation and production line tasks **Why Work Here?** We offer a great benefits package upon conversion and ensure that employees receive a full 40-hour workweek, even if the machine is down. Machine operations can make the area quite warm, with 90 degrees being considered a cooler day.
