Production Operator
**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** Operators are responsible for a variety of product assembly, inspection, testing, operation of equipment/tools, and material/component processing tasks to meet production schedule requirements to the high-quality standard expected. You will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality products in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures. **Responsibilities** + Safely and efficiently meet all production work requirements assigned by following operating procedures and work instructions. + Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently, seeking advice when necessary. + Produce the highest standard of quality products possible in accordance with the company’s ISO 9001:2015 procedures. + Visually inspect products throughout the stages of production to identify defective parts, component orientation errors, missing components, or wrong part insertion. + Perform initial testing for product conformity. + Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workplace, including all areas of the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways, and break rooms using 5S procedures. + Participate in and implement continuous improvement projects. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Assembly + Assembly line + Production + Microscope usage + Inspection + Hand tool operation + Blueprint reading + Use of calipers and micrometers + Use of magnifiers + Soldering + Welding + Wiring + Cable assembly **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in medical device or jewelry assembly + Proficiency in wiring + Proficiency in soldering **Why Work Here?** This is an opportunity to work for a global and innovative company. You will be part of a small team of 2 people in the department, manufacturing sensors that go into planes and satellites. The shifts are as follows: 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Attleboro, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
