Your Role:
As a Production Operator, you’ll report to the Shift Supervisor and work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. Your contributions will support in ensuring the delivery of product to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and ensure a safe working environment.Operate automated production equipment.Perform production line set ups and change overs for difference product runsMaintain a hygienic workplace by adhering to Food Safety & GMP standardsPerform regular quality and food safety checks in adherence to company protocolsMaintain records of production data and report any issues to supervisors promptlyWork within a team environment to achieve production targets whilst maintaining an organised work environment.Support in troubleshooting of equipment to minimise downtimeAbout You:
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.Flexible, able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off schedule, Monday to Sunday.A forklift ticket and/or experience in a food production environment is advantageous but not required.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.What We Offer:
