**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes. Your duties will include operating coiling machines, hose pullers, hose accumulators, and turntables. You will also be involved in applying ferrules and inserts to hose coils, crimping hose ends, operating strapping machines, and applying retail packaging to products. Although it is not temperature-controlled, it stays cool enough in the summer and does not get excessively hot. The shifts available are 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), and 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:30am). Overtime is optional and offered on a first-come, first-served basis through a sign-up sheet, available before and after shifts as well as on weekends. The dress code is casual. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
