Job Summary

Tech 1 is responsible for:
• Batching, Dryer Operations, Staging, and Milling.
• Ensuring equipment is clean and sanitized for production runs.
• Knowing the primary quality parameters for raw materials and powders during the PowderPure process.
• Identifying when products and processes are out of spec.
• Being aware of and identifying any equipment issues and notifying the on-duty supervisor if the issue cannot be resolved.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

Speak and hear to exchange information.Stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms frequently.Occasionally sit, climb, balance, bend at the waist, stoop, kneel, and crouch to the ground.Taste and smell.Occasionally lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 lbs.Push or pull material drums weighing up to 450 lbs. with a support device in some situations.
