Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced full-time Production Operator- on 1st Shift for its growing consumables manufacturing facility located in Folsom, California. Agilent's laboratory consumables business is an industry leader in innovation, market share, and performance. We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual with demonstrated skills in manufacturing, quality, teamwork, and communication.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Handle raw material and operate production equipment.
Produce and process products according to documented procedures.
Accurately record all process tasks and material movements.
Document any deviations as part of an open reporting culture.
Maintain flexibility and receptiveness to change in daily routine.
Wear appropriate PPE for the task including but not limited to hairnets, safety glasses, earplugs, or a respirator.
Open to and capable of completing a variety of tasks that require frequent standing and walking.
Support team in achieving production line objectives and goals through effective teamwork.
Contribute ideas to and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
Shift: M-F 6:00 AM-2:30 PM PT

Qualifications2 years of manufacturing, customer service, or any related experience working in a fast-paced environment
Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Minimum education requirement is a H.S. Diploma.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions accurately.
Open-minded with the flexibility to adapt to new working methods and learn new skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
