We are currently hiring for schedules that range between the following hours: + 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM MST (UT) _Note: Shifts are Monday - Friday w/Sat as assigned._ **What You’ll Do** + Under moderate supervision, performs setup and operation of production equipment to print, personalize, insert, and mail statements, letters, checks, and cards within specified timelines. + Manually prepares documents and/or packages for mailing. + Follows quality service standards, safety expectations, and complies with all company policies and procedures. + Operates motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment as needed (forklift certification required; on-site training and certification provided). + Must be proficient with two or more key production areas and rotate assignments as needed. + Provides training support for new employees. + Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. **How You’ll Do It** + Performs all basic production equipment operation, ensures a steadyworkflow, achieves and maintains production standards as required by the department, including performing minor equipment adjustments. + Ensures quality checks are performed before, during, and upon completion of production runs with emphasis on final customer product and meeting department standards. + Troubleshoots basic and intermediate program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning. + Completes operator/job logs and other documentation to track job completion and produces reports/documentation to validate damaged pieces during production runs. + Maintains appropriate supply inventory based on established procedures and requirements. + Manually prepares documents/card packages for mailing. + May provide training support for new employees (after proficient), may provide answers to workflow questions (after proficient). **Qualifications You’ll Need** **The Basics:** + High school diploma or GED **Physical and Cognitive Requirements** The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
