Plant runs 24/7 operations. Schedules will vary and will work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule.   

 

Bunge offers a generous compensation and benefits package. Pay starting at $28.85 per hour. Medical benefits package (employer pays the majority of premiums), additional benefits include dental, vision, life, and more. Vacation, sick, and holiday pay starting year one. 401K plan with 5% company contribution and up to 4% company match. 

 

Core Functions:   

Operate in the assigned production department of the soy protein processing facility, following all policies and procedures

Actively participate in all aspects of safety, including meetings and near-miss reporting

Follow all process safety procedures and controls 

Understand and be able to clearly communicate throughout the facility  

Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees

Other tasks and activities assigned 

 

Skill/Experience Requirements:  

High school diploma or GED preferred 

Agriculture or food processing experience is a plus 

Self-motivated individual who can work independently under little to no supervision  

Ability to take instruction and follow directions required  

Comfortable working safely in high places  

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions 

Strong mechanical skills preferred  

Proficient in basic computer skills preferred  

Must have initiative and demonstrate strong customer service skills 

Positive attitude and ability to work within a team atmosphere
