Job Summary

 

Production of Poly–ISO Insulation Off-line products to published specifications. Tasks include inspection of product, production and assembly of all off-line products, and cleaning and maintaining Off-line areas.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Production of Nail board, Cool-Vent, Cut jobs, Rapid Lock, and Samples for sales Cutting and assembly of Hips and Valleys, Sumps, and Feet Inspecting product for quality attributes Maintaining a clean work area General labor Assist in training of new team members Maintaining 5S Checklist Fill in other areas of the plant as required

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

Knowledge of manufacturing specifications and quality standards. Knowledge of safety aspects of all equipment as well as the plant’s general safety policies. Understanding the impact of sending incorrect/defective product. Ability to operate mobile equipment safely

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Equipment Used:

Forklifts, Foot Saw, Panel Saw, Rapid Lock Machine and Cool-Vent machinery. Office equipment (computer, phone, kiosk) Computer systems (CMMS, SAP, MS programs)

 

Working Conditions:

Activities occur inside an insulation manufacturing facility. Job includes but are not limited to exposure to the following. Temperatures exposed to both Ambient/outside temperatures. Nuisance dust, use of chemicals, working with mechanical parts, pinch points Noise of industrial machinery Typically 40 hour per week with overtime as required Days/shift vary based on facility need Fast paced 24/7 operation

Travel Requirement

Overnight travel up to 10%, this will include travel to other facilities and to trainings
