What You'll Do

Assist in performing routine maintenance on assigned machines under supervisionSupport machine changeovers and learn proper proceduresFollow guidance on shutdown and startup procedures for auxiliary equipmentParticipate in equipment overhaul tasks as assignedPromptly report unusual events or emergencies to the supervisorAdhere to all safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO, working at heights, confined spaces, and hazardous materials handlingEnsure all related documentation is completed accurately with appropriate guidanceMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdditional related duties as required; others as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Passing score on Battery X - Mechanic testWillingness to learn and assist with the setup, startup, and operation of manufacturing equipmentAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks in a professional and responsible mannerBasic understanding or interest in mechanical tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety protocolsAbility to operate or learn to operate a forklift or other lifting equipment

Experience/Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferredMechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on technical work is a plus

Physical Requirements:
