Performs clerical duties to support the production department. Responsible for upkeep of departmental data, organization of records, and files documentation. May review requisitions, give estimates of shipment, prepare schedules, and/or follows entire production cycle from start to finish.Learn all aspects of production, cleaning, shipping, and setting of monumentsApply stencil and weeding the designs to prep monuments for sandblasting.Sandblasting monuments and washing them as wellUse of different types of hand tools and CNC machinesChecking monuments and repairing monuments for shipping or setting.Palletizing monuments to ship to other locationsUsing a forklift to move monumentsTrimming, sawing, and coring monumentsSetting monuments in cemeteriesWill be required to fill in different areas when someone is on vacation or sickMust be able to read a tape measure and be detailed orientedValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Must be able to lift 75+ lbs.Must be able to understand directions.Must be detail-oriented.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
