Responsibilities:
Read and interpret paint formulation specifications and production orders.
Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to established recipes.
Operate mixing equipment, including mixers, mills and pumps, to produce paint batches.
Document all batch production processes and quality control results accurately.
Stand for long periods of time.
Ability to navigate stars, bend, reach.

Working hours: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials or equipment, often weighing up to 50 lbs.

Ability to manipulate small parts and components accurately.
Good visual acuity to read measurements, labels and instructions, as well as to inspect products for quality control.
Depth perception may be necessary for operating machinery and handling materials.
Capability to move around the production area, which may involve bending, stooping and reaching.
Ability to navigate around equipment and workspaces safely.
Good coordination to operate machinery and perform tasks that require simultaneous use of hands and feet.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, such as heat, cold, or humidity depending on the manufacturing setting.
Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to respond to emergency situations, which may require quick physical responses.
