Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor paint filling machines to ensure proper functioning.
Set up machines for filling operations, including adjusting settings for different paint types and container sizes.
Fill containers with paint products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
Ensure accurate measurements and avoid overfilling or underfilling containers.
Conduct regular inspections of filled containers to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Deliver samples to Quality Control department for various tests.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of filling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with filling machines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery and handling paint products.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Maintain accurate records of production quantities, quality checks and machine maintenance.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Work closely with other operators, quality control personnel and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical training in machinery operation is a plus
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferable in paint filling or similar operations
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery

Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
