TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

What your background should look like:
All solder assembler requirements
Test and adjust units to meet all in-shop, final test and FTP specifications and established procedures.
Perform other related testing operations as directed.
Be able to read and understand overall drawing, test specifications, FTP and ATP reports required.
Must be able to read blueprints and utilize a wide variety of measurement instruments to check parts to verify compliance to quality specifications.
Perform test operations and troubleshoot on a wide variety of complex units.
Maybe required to operate mass spectrometers when required.
Maybe required to operate ESS equipment when required.
Be able to operate in a team environment with work sharing, team problem solving, and team acceptance of responsibility. Train other employees as needed.
Minimum requirements: J-STD-001, IPC-620, Completed ESD training per OP 1707, solder certification per OP 1701, testing certification per OP 1704. If not tester certified, and awarded bid (due to no other fully qualified bidders), individual must pass tester certification class on first attempt or will be disqualified.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $39,000 – $41,641 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
