Production Operators are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and follows PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications. + Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools with limited supervision. + Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork with limited supervision + Good eye/hand coordination. + Basic machine operation. + Attention to detail important and good work ethic. + Proficient at interpreting requirements & other information from production paperwork, job sheets, batch records. + Understand basic mathematics. + Proficient with measurement equipment. + Good communication skills-verbal and written. + Proficient at the operation, OJT & trouble-shooting processes/equipment in assembly and packaging areas. + Support site goals and initiatives. All other tasks assigned by Supervisor. + Minimum High School Diploma or GED; required. + Machine operating experience; preferred. + Good eye/hand coordination, good manual dexterity; required. + Good work ethic (both safe and quality), efficient and willingness to perform all required work; required.
