Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Production Operator to join our Roll Forming Plant/Department. In this role, you will operate a Roll Former to manufacture gutter down pipes, with a strong emphasis on safety. Your tasks will include operating machinery, assembling boxes, adding shipping labels, performing quality checks, and moving finished products to the warehouse.
ResponsibilitiesOperate Roll Former to manufacture gutter down pipes.Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.Assemble boxes and attach shipping labels.Conduct visual inspections and measure parts with a tape measure for quality assurance.Close boxes and place them on pallets.Use a pallet jack to transport finished products to the warehouse.Understand and manage the RAM (pressure machine).Utilize hand tools and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.Essential SkillsPrevious experience as a machine operator.Proficiency in using hand tools.Strong mechanical aptitude.Basic math skills (must pass a math test).Ability to read and use a tape measure.Experience in metal rolling and metal stamping.Additional Skills & QualificationsProactive and self-starter attitude.Ability to work hard and independently.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, large industrial complex that is not climate controlled. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 6:30 PM, with occasional work on Fridays. The workweek includes 48 scheduled hours with one 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
