**Job Description**

The LEGO Planning team is looking for its newest member!
**Core responsibilities**
+ Secure component availability and healthy inventory coverage - deliver optimal production plan which is feasible from material and capacity point of view
+ Responsible for coordinating machine and mould capacity
+ Continuously working on resolving bottlenecks – initiate load leveling and transition to other moulding sites
+ Main tasks are shop floor scheduling (SFS), medium term capacity planning, master plan scheduling (MPS), secure material feasibility towards Finished Goods planning
+ Working on optimizing changeover numbers and mix and minimize new generated excess in production
+ Follow standard planning processes and do regular process verification for own processes.
+ Identify root causes of problems and initiates corrective actions, provide reports and analysis in relation to execution of the plan
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Preferable degree from any relevant faculty
+ Preferable experience from manufacturing industry
+ Strong knowledge of Ms Office
+ Experience in SAP
+ Proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Teammate mentality and good communication skills
+ Advanced problem solving and decision making skills
+ Collaboration skills
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-workers
