The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure sufficient feed for production, while keeping backlog and financing costs to a minimum.
Your role and responsibilities:
Coordination between Sales, Customer Service and Production to ensure OTD of orders and ensuring timely processing and sampling of Customer Material Coordination of intra-company material flow, amongst all Recycling sites Selecting material for external processing and coordinating with the subcontracting team. Providing sufficient feed to production to meet weekly output targets. Scheduling orders based on customer requirements and production capacity. Capacity planning in alignment with production Generate daily and weekly production plans, as well as short-term forecasting of production output. Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity. Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-planning. Ensuring a smooth production process, including coordination of the right materials in the right amount at the right time, in the right place in order to secure the on-time delivery of production.
What is required for this role:
Understands the process flow in the refinery.
