The following challenges await you:
Develop, implement, and track approved production schedules in order to meet productivity, cost efficiency targets, and inventory goals. Prioritize all customer orders. Coordinate with purchasing to advise of anticipated materials inventory level requirements. Analysis of production forecast to maintain stock levels based on replenish-to-order inventory plan. Operate in accordance and in full compliance with all applicable ISO standards and procedures. Weekly report on material shortages. Responsible for the continuous improvement and accuracy of the MRP System for Production items. Responsible for prioritization, accuracy and adhering to quality and safety standards
Your Profile:
A minimum of an Associates’ Degree and two years of production scheduling experience. Basic working knowledge in accounting, purchasing and inventory practices. ISO Certification or one year minimum operations experience in an ISO facility. Working knowledge of demand flow concepts. Detail oriented. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP is required. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology is preferred.
