Obtain and review production progress report from the oversea factory; communicate the production urgency and priorities by creating and distributing Production Schedules.Track incoming Overseas shipment and work with import broker. Communicate final shipment destination.Create a master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.Create and release Job Orders to the shop floor, including all elements of the job package.Receive and fulfill Transfer Orders from our Corporate and Parts Department sites.Effectively communicate with Production and Shipping Dept to ensure product is shipped in a timely manner.Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as neededConduct daily progress checks, confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned production schedule.Create, update, and maintain Item masters.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
