We are seeking a Production Planner to join our team at RIDGID's world headquarters in Elyria, OH. Under general guidance of the Materials Manager, this position is responsible for working directly with the production team to ensure efficient and effective movement of materials. They are required to maintain accurate planning parameters, schedule and prioritize work orders, troubleshoot issues with management, review inventory and process documentation. As a Production Planner, You Will:
• Create and communicate Daily/Weekly production plan
• Review Work orders and prioritize accordingly to ensure smooth production flow
• Works directly with Business Unit Managers and supervisors to ensure proper plant prioritization
• Review unreleased work orders to determine root cause
• Review and update Planning parameters based on PFEP and plant need
• Monitor supermarkets and prioritize production
• Review blocking orders and create actions to reduce
• Work with inventory control to maintain accurate system inventories
