As one of North America’s largest independent manufacturers of consumer products, KIK helps a large portfolio of brands and retailers bring their products to life. **Your Role at KIK** As a Production Scheduler you are responsible for organizing and coordinating a production schedule that aligns with customer demands, inventory levels, and capacity across plant lines. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Adjust schedules to demand, material availability, or the other factors affecting production timelines + Ensure that production schedules are optimized for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery + Monitor inventory levels, work-in-progress, and production capacity to anticipate potential bottlenecks or shortages + Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact production schedules or deliverables + Utilize the company’s forecast system to manage and track order demand, material requirements, and capacity planning + Coordinate with purchasing to ensure that material and components are available to meet production requirements + Oversee the Material Coordinator + Support month end activity + Other duties as assigned **What You’ll Bring** + Highschool Diploma or GED required + At least 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling or related role within a manufacturing environment is required + At least 1 year of leadership experience + Advanced excel skills for data analysis, including experience with functions, pivot tables, and charts to interpret production metrics + Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling software is a plus + An understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards and safety regulations **What You Will Get** KIK offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
