 About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Supply Manager this role manages the execution of the production plan at 3rd party bottlers; and directs and co-ordinates all TWE sourcing activities that are required to execute the production plan.

 

Developing and executing the production plan at 3rd party bottling partners  Maintaining the production plan to efficiently deliver demand requirements while balancing inventory and operational risk Managing the execution of the production plan at partners in line with SLA / QA requirements  Managing the execution of the production plan in TWE ERP including work order generation, completion, and reconciliations Developing solutions to mitigate supply availability issues Managing procure to pay process  Managing TWE dry goods planning, purchasing, and inventory to enable the production plan Maintaining production master data including wastage%, capacity, yield and seek for optimization Co-ordinating with China bulk wine planning and winemaking teams to ensure wine is available to support the production schedule. Supporting the quality assurance implementation and monitoring of partner performance through Supplier Performance reviews.

About you

Tertiary Qualified with a Business/ Commerce degree (or similar), you will have l at least 5 years’ experience  in a supply planning or manufacturing operations management role ideally in FMCG environment.

Ability to develop and sustain robust working relationships across the business. Using proactive communication style and influence skills for accomplishing work objectives. Advanced user of Planning and ERP tools, ideally INFOR and JD Edwards, . Demonstrated capability in using advanced optimisation tools and approaches  Thinks systemically. Understands the complexities and interdependencies of information and events to develop more effective solutions and ideas. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage change in the organization and to effectively communicate complex messages to diverse audiences
