Because we’re committed to becoming better versions of ourselves, every. single. day. **Overview** The Production Planner is the key region/category point-of-contact for in-market clients, creative agencies and CaST global leadership + The primary role is to ensure smooth adoption of the model and internal & external process adherence + The candidate should have a leadership attitude, maintaining continued association with internal and external stakeholders, supporting teams as needed and working together to manage any challenges + Provides advisory at a campaign brief stage to maximise effectiveness of production + Manages key relationships within the model, including regional hubs, studio and global hubs to ensure a smooth delivery of projects + Drives engagement plan following strategic resource allocation principles and brand markets combinations tiering + Critical work planning and time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple briefs/campaigns at the same time + Be financially minded able to work on business planning and forecasting + Contribute to the smooth running of the business overall, delivering against client KPIs + Take initiatives and further develops proposed solutions. + Willingness to work as per international time zones **Responsibilities** + Manage and oversee various teams and client accounts, across multiple markets + Build and maintain key relationships with agencies, partnerships, clients and key stakeholders + Ensures a high quality of production in line with a creative vision and production budgets + Advises on cultural nuances for productions across Southeast Asia and Taiwan + Provide updates on the current status of projects and processes to interested parties + Responsible for managing demand to strategically influence project pipeline, driving content reuse (deduplication) + Reporting key insights around local actions such as in markets global asset adoption rates, channel mix, or compliance + Coordinates, manages and delegates (when necessary) projects within the team + Lead production advisor on all origination (shoot/non-shoot) and complex/multi-channel projects + Ongoing reporting to superior(s) regarding information, materials and issues encountered + Drive stringent governance on ecosystem processes and KPI fulfilment + Problem-solving related to production **Qualifications** + Knowledge and experience of managing production workflows and processes for campaign originations and adaptation across TV, digital, print, OOH and other media + 8-10 years in a production role as Executive or Senior Producer + Must have solid project management skills including understanding of scope, costing, types of assets and successful delivery + Experienced in managing large accounts with multiple brands, creative, production and other business stakeholders + Familiar with marketing processes in the South East Asia and Taiwan regions + Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders across creative, client and other delivery partners + Must be able to have discussions with business and creative leads, the client, procurement and both internal and external partners + Excellent written and verbal communication, time management skills, collaborative approach and ability to multi-task + Knowledge of cultural nuances in Southeast Asia and Taiwan is preferred + Must have an eye for production craft + Proficiency in Microsoft office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is preferred. + Self-driven, problem-solving attitude, motivated to take initiatives
