Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will be key in ensuring seamless production operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and collaborating across departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:Completed degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).2-3 years of experience in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of raw material production, shipping, and inventory control.Key Responsibilities:Production Coordination:Monitor and analyze production metrics, including costs and delivery times.Coordinate material and component availability to ensure production continuity.Inventory Management:Supervise and maintain adequate inventory levels to avoid shortages or excesses.Make resource engagement decisions based on the severity of production/shipping issues (e.g., safety, quality, or shipment impact).Cross-Functional Collaboration:Interact effectively with all levels of the organization.Lead communication and resolution efforts during production or shipping challenges.Skills and Competencies:Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data and drive improvements.
