Your role and responsibilitiesIn this position, you will contribute to the development of planning and execution processes, skills, and tools, and assist with performance improvement projects.You will conduct detailed assessments of measures related to planning and execution (inventory, on-time deliveries, durations, forecast accuracy, resource utilization).•\tDevelop and optimize the scheduling of production schedules based on customer needs, required human and material resources, and then communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.•\tMonitor the performance of planned productions daily and notify the concerned parties of any delays, if necessary.•\tAnalyze the performance indicators of your section.•\tWrite various management reports.•\tEnsure proper management of the assigned cells' inventories.•\tActively participate in organizational efficiency improvement projects.
Qualifications for the roleDegree in Business Administration (GSO) or Industrial Engineering.Be a good leader and have excellent team spirit.Strong analytical and synthesis skills.Good time management and work organization.Autonomy, adaptability, and versatility.Mastery of good manufacturing business practices.Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and functional English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis. Good time management and work organization.
