Your role:

As a Production Planner you will be responsible for overseeing planning activities within the Livingston facility to ensure the smooth realization of finished products through the production processes. You will collaborate closely with relevant functions to ensure the seamless transition of products throughout this process. This role involves monitoring finished inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) levels to ensure alignment with corporate stock holding targets. You will utilize the site's high-level production plan and sales history analysis to create monthly outlook reviews and annual forecasts. Additionally, you will manage the communication cycle associated with product realization in line with the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, ensuring effective tracking of schedules within the site. Acting as the key liaison with the customer service department, both internally and externally, you will provide accurate delivery dates for customer orders. Furthermore, you will provide cover and support within the broader supply chain department as needed.

 

Who you are:

2+ years planning experience in a supply chain role.Excellent communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks. Previous experience of working with ERP package systems i.e. Oracle, SAP is desired.Previous experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
