The primary responsibility of the Scheduler/Planner is to manage the production scheduling, raw material consumption, purchase orders, overall inventories, and aged inventory of board for the production departments.

Responsible for scheduling and optimum sequencing of production for Sheeting and Printing, and support downstream departments Schedules all aspects of manufacturing and machine time Minimize raw material and WIP inventory Works as a strategic business partner with Sales, Operations, and Procurement Plans and orders raw material from approved vendors to support the production schedules for assigned departments Monitors and adjusts production schedules based on operational performance, material availability, or changes from the customer Responsible for communicating all schedule changes to appropriate leadership and ensuring raw materials and tools are available to support change Responsible for compliance with all facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures to ensure product safety

 

Required Skills

 

Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong customer service skills Knowledge of ERP systems Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Required Experience

 

Associates degree or higher preferred SAP experience a plus 3+ years manufacturing experience

 

 

Pay Range:   $49,600.00 - $62,000.00
