Position Description What You'll Do Develop detailed project plans that prioritize tasks based on their criticality and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project milestone and TRT  Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans, ensuring that all tasks are sequenced effectively to meet deadlines  Analyse and assess potential conflicts between aircrafts, maintenance tasks, utilizing technical knowledge to identify dependencies and constraints that may impact project timelines  Monitor and drive operational performance excellence to enable “Planning-led-Operation”  What You'll Need A valid HKCAD / EASA / CASR / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings A minimum of 5 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft base maintenance Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and workflows, with the ability to evaluate technical task requirements and dependencies effectively  Proficient in qualitative analysis techniques to assess task conflicts and inform planning decisions  Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate conflict resolution  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions  Aviation specific training is a benefit
