In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supervising a team of Production Planning Specialists: Overseeing, assigning tasks, and reviewing the work of the team in accordance with established guidelines, Shaping internal personnel policies, including recommendations for rewards and disciplinary actions, in line with internal guidelines and local labor laws, Monitoring and controlling working hours of team members. Backlog control: Managing overdue orders based on requested and promised customer delivery dates, Addressing escalated orders from customers, Managing high-value orders (> 2000 EUR) where promised dates differ from customer-requested dates. Medium-term planning and supervision of forecasts: Analyzing and adjusting parameters according to changing sales forecasts, Communicating with the production team to align production capacity, Monitoring MPS reports and identifying discrepancies in global product family forecasts. Representing the Planning Department at daily production meetings and leading the planning briefings: Informing department managers of significant risks to current production plans, Gathering information from Production Planning Specialists regarding progress and potential delays in production order fulfillment. Preparing reports for management. Supervising KANBAN calculations and implementing KANBAN in production: Regularly updating KANBAN parameters, Monitoring DOH and making necessary adjustments, Initiating the implementation of KANBAN in new areas. Leading process improvement activities: Managing projects in production planning with a direct impact on on-time shipping and cost reduction, Implementing and standardizing improvements in the daily work of Production Planning Specialists, with a focus on innovation (including participation in the NOWINKA program), Conducting team performance analysis and ensuring KPI fulfillment, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Implementing a process to monitor planning parameters that directly affect inventory levels of semi-finished and finished products. Accountability for key metrics: ACK EXP 24h / MTO 48h, On-time delivery (RDSL / PDSL), % of CO lines planned automatically, Past due CO Ex works delivery dates, Number of released JOBs open for more than one week.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
A technical degree (minimum: Bachelor’s), Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordinator or team leader role within production planning, Analytical skills for professional planning, organizing, and effective supervision and delegation of tasks to personnel, Ability to evaluate team effectiveness, promote collaboration, and possess leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused orientation, Proficiency in English for effective business communication.Preferred Qualifications that set you apart:
