Works proactively with cross-functional teams to meet business needs, improve customer satisfaction and supply chain performance. **Key Responsibilities** + OA confirmation + Based on sales orders, forecasts and stock demand to arrange the MPS + Short term(monthly), middle term(quarterly) production capacity and material plan + Balances manufacturing capacity and production schedule with customer demands + Co-work with other department to ensure product delivery, quality and cost. + Tracks, communicates, and supports key metrics to achieve product team goals and objectives. + Evaluate impact of delivery and capacity by abnormal situation. + Monthly S&OP active + Annual manpower and equipment capacity plan **Experiences/Education - Required** + Bachelor’s Degree (IE, Business… related) + Minimum 3 years planning experience **Required Skills** + Fundamental understanding of production management + Cross functional communication + Capacity and material planning + Outsourcing capacity plan and production management
