Overview Summary HD Hyundai Power Transformers, USA is currently seeking new team members to join their team in numerous areas of production. Pay starts at $20/hr. Also now offering a $2000 retention bonus spread out over 3 years. Production Positions Starting Pay: $20/hr progressing up to $37/hr. Also now offering a $2000 retention bonus spread out over 3 years Duties/Responsibilities Interpret Engineering Drawings and Instructions Set up winding mandrels by building forms As a part of a multi-man team, wind coils according to engineering instructions Prepare and size coils Perform and verify all work accordance with manufacturing methods (checklists) Maintain clean and organized work area Must be safety conscious! Must wear all required PPE at all times Requirements/Skills • Must have High School Diploma or GED • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings • Ability to follow written and oral instruction • Excellent logic and reasoning skills • 1+ years of manufacturing production experience (Electrical manufacturing strongly preferred) • Brazing experience is a plus • Experience in the electrical field is strongly preferred • Must have strong Mathematical Skills - Ability to add subtract and make calculations • Must be able to lift to 40lbs Working Conditions Climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, and carrying light to moderate loads (≤ 40 lbs.) Required to work at heights for long periods utilizing ladders, platforms, and lifts Working with electrical equipment Schedule 10-hour shift 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Weekends voluntary Shift Availability Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Overnight Shift (Required) Benefits Excellent employee benefits.
