Adecco is hiring immediately for Powder Coat Painters with our client in Golden Valley MN, Overtime available and looing to hire on full time for these contract to hire opportunities! Shift 5am-3pm Monday-Thursday pay: $18-$24 based on experience Location: Golden Valley MN 3 month contract to hire **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, painting operations to established standards + Follow pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities as set by the supervisor + Maintain paint equipment in good operating order + Perform full-color changes, caulking of parts and operates controls side of the paint booth + Troubleshoot and adjust to complete assigned tasks + Identify problems and/or reasons for paint errors and recommend resolutions + Focus on continuous improvements in paint processes **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** + H.S. Diploma or Equivalent + 2-4 years related experience + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship **REQUIRED PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** + Requires standing 90% of shift + Frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting with arms extended + Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. Average part weighs 5 - 15 lbs + Requires good manual dexterity **ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURES:** + Hearing and vision protection required in all areas + Safety shoes required in all areas + Exposure to oil, grease, dust, metal particles, sparks, sharp-edged materials **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
