Job Description
These supervisors will oversee employees within different areas of the plant. They will be responsible for managing 50-90 employees in the department, overseeing daily tasks, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Work Environment
Must be flexible with hours/shifts; some employees work 60-70 hours/week. The environment is very fast-paced, requiring quick decision-making on the fly. Business casual dress is appropriate, including golf shirts. This is a swing shift position rotating every 3 months between A, B, and C crews. A crew runs Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm, B crew runs Tuesday-Friday from 6pm-4:30am, and C crew runs Friday/Saturday from 6am-4:30pm and Sunday/Monday night from 6pm-4:30am. Supervisors are expected to arrive 30-45 minutes before the line starts and stay after production ends.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
