Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Diploma with at least 2 years of experience or a Degree in technical-scientific fieldsProficient in Italian and EnglishStrong interpersonal and influencing skills – both written and verbalAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

You will ensure compliance in the Manufacturing Department and engage in deviation investigations and CAPA management. Active participation in audits and process improvements is essential.

The main responsibilities for this role will be:

Provide documentary support to the production departmentManage CAPAs through the Track Wise systemCoordinate the opening and management of CCFsCollaborate with the Quality System Department to review SOPsConduct and manage departmental trainingPrepare and present compliance documents and proceduresIdentify and resolve quality issuesManage internal, customer, and regulatory auditsSupport continuous improvement initiativesTrain personnel according to specific Job DescriptionsParticipate actively in internal and external meetings
