With engineering, manufacturing, and quality-assurance teams all located under one roof, Foresight Sports offers complete, vertically integrated solutions for every segment of the market.** General purpose for a **Production Repair Technician** is to diagnose and reolve all products returned for repair. **Job Responibilities/Duties:** + Coordinate and collaborate return repair processes with Tech Support. + Perform surface mount or through-hole soldering, sub-assembly and unit assembly and ensure that quality standards are met. + Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. + Identify units that fail tests, physical damages, and repair as necessary. + Diagnosis, Trouble-shoot customer’s issues, and repair or replace the device back to customers in a timely manner. + Update Firmware to the most recent release firmware and perform product burn-in, testing on all products when needed. + Work effectively with other team members to ensure that quality and delivery expectations are met. + Follow policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. + Responsible for cleanliness and organization of the area. + Follow all company Guidelines, Safety and ESD Program requirements. **Requirements/Qualifications:** + Proficient and effect with soldering + Experience with Electronic Diagnosis + Understanding of how to maintain and operate within a static free workspace **Pay Range:** Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $25.50 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
