What You'll Do:

 

Kerry Group is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join our growing team in Seattle. You will play a critical role in aligning our production schedule with sales and inventory to meet customer demands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on PSI (Production-Sales-Inventory) reports and daily attainment. Prioritize schedules based on daily attainment and optimize resource planning to achieve cost targets. Lead weekly site coordination meetings to ensure alignment on production schedules. Drive continuous improvement in scheduling by collaborating with the operations team to optimize production workflow. Create purchase orders and communicate with vendors to align with schedule needs. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP scheduling issues as needed. Update SAP material master data for commercialization and other needs. Collaborate with purchasers to ensure the availability of raw materials for the production schedule. Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for bulk sweeteners. Support safety and quality systems by following procedures and participating in training. Perform other tasks as assigned. What You'll Need to Succeed:

 

Over 3 years of proven experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (APICS Certification preferred). 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment. Proficiency in SAP and production planning software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Solid understanding of production planning principles, techniques, and methodologies. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access). Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, team-centered manufacturing facility. Commitment to safety and quality standards. What's in it for You?

 

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
