JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Shift Planning:Create and organize shift schedules to ensure efficient production processes.Plan the required workforce and production resources to meet production goals.Workforce Management:Allocate employees' shifts and determine the necessary workforce requirements.Manage shift changes and leave requests.Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team culture and achieve operational targets.

Production Continuity:Ensure that the production flow continues without interruption by taking necessary precautions.Develop backup plans for emergency situations.

Communication and Coordination:Maintain continuous communication with production, quality control, maintenance, and human resources departments.Coordinate with shift supervisors and team leaders.

Efficiency and Reporting:Monitor and analyze shift efficiency.Provide regular reports to upper management.

Training and Development:Identify the training needs of employees and organize training programs for areas that require improvement.

Problem Solving:Quickly resolve issues encountered in the production process and suggest improvements for processes.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Experiences & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations, with a proven track record of achieving operational targets and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prodcution staff, management, and external stakeholders.Experience in budget planning and management, including monitoring expenses, optimizing budget allocations, and contributing to budget planning processes.
