Responsibilities Responsible for achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals on the shiftSupervise production activities and provide direction and support shiftEnforce Company policies, safety standards, quality, GMPs and ISO proceduresAddress employee concerns, resolve problems, train, coach and discipline employeesResponsible for accurate production reporting (Mattec/WebEFF) and timekeepingDrive improvements in production efficiency and MEEFDirect work assignments and ensure efficient labor utilizationAccepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvementOther duties as assigned Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience. Degree a plus.3+ years experience in leadership position with proven ability to deliver desired resultsMust have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to motivate employeesAble to plan and organize daily activities, analyze data and react to changes and challenges in the businessKnowledge of Compression operations and company proceduresAble to communicate effectively both written and verbalGood software skills (Word, Excel, LotusNotes, WebEFF, etc.)Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/move (up to 50 pounds periodically)Capable of visual acuity to include distinguishing color variation and detecting defects.Able to work safely in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms.Able to work overtime as neededPrefer 5 year’s experience in Compression molding and/or strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn compression moldingForklift experience a plus Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
