JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Specialist 1 is essential to the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality fan merchandise. Under general supervision, the Production Specialist 1 will be required to perform all manner of product assembly, finishing, decorating and labeling using simple, non-automated hand tools. Will be responsible for finishing and/or packaging one individual item at a time, following written instructions per individual order. The successful athlete must be able to accurately count correct quantities and consistently follow customer specification within order instructions. Production Specialist Athletes will be assigned in varying work centers and it is essential that they are able to read their schedule and report to the correct work center on time for each scheduled shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Reads and follows specific instructions given on shop packets.Utilizes basic technology to accurately document work processes such as the check out and in of work orders and/or materials.Accurately counts and coordinates materials required to produce each order according to specifications.Utilize a wide variety of hand tools requiring manual dexterity and constant grip including scissors and cutting tools, staplers and attachment tools, shrink wrap and packaging tools, stickering and labeling tools, and other specialty tools. Packages and labels a variety of products based on customer specifications.Performs general housekeeping and department six sigma activities.Adheres to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures and Safety Requirements.Treats others with respect and conducts themselves in a positive and inclusive manner daily. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL & Experience REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

The compensation rate is $15.00/hour which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation
