The qualified candidate will provide both general HR and administrative support to both Site Director and Site Leadership team. The Specialist, Production will support the enhancement of the entire employee life-cycle experience from onboarding, growth and development, and culture /engagement.

Your key responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for general employee questions regarding Payroll, Benefits, Safety, and dsm-firmenich “dots” intranet home page and escalate to the appropriate subject matter expert (SME) when appropriateSupport Site Leadership Team with site strategies and goals around employee culture and engagementManage sitewide communications via emails, TV monitors & bulletin board updates, i.e. training, promotions, certifications, new hires, anniversaries, birthdays, values & behaviours.Schedule/Coordinate the New Hire Onboarding Program, Annual Trainings, Lunch and Learns, Employee Engagement Activities, and other site events as assigned.Coordinating activities, including but not limited to special projects, Audits, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, and billing/invoices for the Site Director/Leadership TeamPartner with dsm-firmenich Benefits Team to coordinate onsite or virtual Benefits Open Enrollment Sessions and other benefits vendor presentations, i.e. Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Charles Schwab Financial Planning, etc.

You bring
3-5 years of progressive business experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious Human Resources /Training experience a plusExperience with business systems such as SAP, Kronos, Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Ability to build relationships with all team members at all levels. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.Self-led, highly proactive with strong drive to execute
