Oversee daily operations of all field personnel; Manage down well workover plans; Understand production forecasts and targets; communicate them with the client; Maintain in-field hands on presence; Collect concerns and issues from field personnel and filter to management as appropriate; Coordinate 3rd party work for special projects (blower installs, etc); Work with the Accounting Dept. to manage budget tracking and delivery to the client; Gather issues and information from field and deliver to client; Ensure inspections are completed, conduct quality control content and follow-up on repairs as needed; Manage scheduling of personnel; Clean and maintain or remove erosion control devices as needed (silt logs, silt fences, matting, etc.); Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized. Create and manage training and competency program for production personnel (lease operators, field supervisors, field foreman); Keep and maintain training records for production personnel; Teach training courses on basic and advanced aspects of all lease operating theories; Provide one-on-one hands on training with production personnel.
