Production Supervisor – Day Shift
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor plays a vital role in this leadership team. This position is responsible for leading production employees and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in manufacturing and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise production employees, providing direction, training, and performance management.Ensure safe, efficient, and effective use of personnel, equipment, and materials.Schedule equipment and staff to meet production targets and deadlines.Monitor and analyze operational data, reinforcing positive trends and addressing issues proactively.Uphold and enforce workplace safety standards, taking action to maintain a safe work environment.Conduct physical verifications of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the department.Communicate production needs and updates with the Production Manager.Oversee onboarding and training of new employees.Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:Post-secondary education in a technical, engineering, or related field preferred.Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Proficiency in computer applications related to production management.Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
