Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.** Required Qualifications: + Associate degree required. + Minimum of 3 -5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required. + Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. + Strong employee relations management experience. + Ability to coach, direct and develop employees. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators. Preferred Qualifications: + Knowledge in Kronos preferred. + Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred.
