Job Description2nd shift Supervision of unionized production employees (2:30pm-10:30pm)Scheduling production activities and personnel to meet customer requirementsCoordination and tracking of inventoryCoordination of training and development of employeesSupport lean manufacturing concepts (i.e. 5S, FIFO, Kanban, CIP, BPS initiatives, etc)Maintaining standards for Health/Safety, Quality, and general housekeeping

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience in supervision of hourly production employeesInventory management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Associates/Bachelors Degree in Business or other related fieldExcellent problem solving, decision making, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skillsSAP experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams
