Schedule:
This role typically works during the hours of 11 PM - 7 AM and supervise approximately 20 - 30 employees.
As a Production Supervisor, You Will:
Supervise and direct employees to produce components and assemblies, as needed, that meet all specifications (quality) to support customer requirements and maintain a good employee relations environment. Maintain and promote safe work practices and environment. Maintain and promote a workplace culture of continuous improvement as measured by quality, delivery, productivity, and efficiency. Use and promote 5S practices and lean workflow. Work with production control to expedite orders as required, and coordinate with other support departments as needed. Maintain department records, schedules, time, attendance, etc. Participate in root cause investigation and problem-solving. Be receptive to future training/travel as necessary.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Associate's degree and/or equivalent education/experience Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing supervisory experience Willingness for continued education. Must be technologically savvy. Must have good communication skills, both oral and written Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree Lean and 5S experience CNC machining and assembly experience#LI-CB3
