Qualifications
Qualifications include a BS degree and a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment in a Supervisory capacityAble to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of machining and assembly practices, tools and fixturesExcel at working in a team environmentFamiliar with product construction and applicationKnowledge of production scheduling and plant operationsVery strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skillsComputer literate, particularly in plant floor control, production planning, and inventory control applicationsSuccessful candidate should have a proven record of continual improvement in cost control, quality and productivityExperience in safety, quality and housekeeping on the plant floor Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $28.84 - $35.09 per hour.
