As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring products are built to quality standards and delivered on time. You will lead and support production teams in assembly, soldering, SMT, and testing, while maintaining a clean and efficient manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesManage daily workflow to achieve 100% on-time deliveryTroubleshoot and adjust SMT machines to ensure continuous operationMonitor manufacturing efficiency through time studies and process evaluationsAssign and oversee daily tasks based on production needsProvide input on training requirements and identify staff development opportunitiesEnforce company policies and procedures on the production floorCommunicate clearly and consistently with team members and managementMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAdminister production reports and escalate disciplinary actions when necessaryRecommend supply and tooling needs to managementQualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of supervisory or manufacturing experienceStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate and lead teamsAbility to handle multiple priorities and drive resultsExperience in assembly, soldering, SMT, or testing environments a plusComfortable addressing conflict and performance issues professionallyBenefits and PerksUp to $70,000/year based on experienceAccess to health, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities for professional growth and developmentYour New Organization
